I have been slowly chipping away at getting the engine clean ready for painting. I think I would have put close to 10 hours into cleaning this so far. Degreaser, paint stripper and a whole lot of elbow grease is getting it done. If you would like to take the job over from me you are more than welcome!

The plan is to paint the engine black and have some polished highlights along with a polished rocker/tappet cover.
