Time to put the new front wheel together!
I went to the effort of taking a few photos of the old wheel prior to cutting it apart and printed them out in A3. The plan was to use this as a guide for the installation of the new spokes.
I soon worked out this was not going to be easy. I jumped online too see if there were any decent how-to videos showing the method for installation. In all the videos they just whacked them all in... so that is exactly what I did! The only trick I learnt was to install the bottom spokes first on the particular side you're working on and then the top run. The combination of the kink and flat head on each spoke seemed to guide them towards their approximate location.
Flip it over, repeat and tighten. Looks good to me!
Time to put this back in the frame along with the real wheel so the suspension can be done. Feel like I am making progress again.
