Turns out the previous owner had now clue what he was doing when it comes to simple things like... removing a nut!
The cap to the Stator was completely shredded.
The Dremmel came in handy for this task. I cut a deep groove into the existing cap and used this attachment to drill out the cuts wider so the screw driver could fit in.
The new cap looks much better!
I'm currently working on cleaning up the engine for painting. Photos to come once a little more progress is made.

4 more days until the suspension will be done! Can't wait to pick it up.
